baked sweet potato fries!

  I have been craving french fries... but i found a quick, healthy alternative... i 'm gonna go get some sweet potatoes and start right away!

INGREDIENTS
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar
• 2 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into inch strips
• 1 tablespoon canola oil
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 tablespoon honey
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss sweet potatoes with oil in large bowl. Mix brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of the cinnamon, ginger and salt and add to potatoes. Coat well.
Bake 30 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender and lightly browned. Turn potatoes after 15 minutes.
To complete the dip, mix sour cream, yogurt, honey and remaining 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon in small bowl. Serve sweet potatoes with dip.
